I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches—including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor.
