Life can feel especially heavy when you’re carrying grief, moving through divorce, caring for others, living with chronic pain or illness, or trying to manage the pressures of work, parenting, and relationships. You may be coping the best you can, but inside it’s starting to feel overwhelming. If it’s becoming harder to manage on your own, you’re not alone — support can make a real difference. I work with individuals navigating these challenges and the emotional and physical impact they bring.
Having experienced challenges such as separation and single parenting, I understand what it feels like to face uncertainty with no clear path forward. I also know the pressures of the professional world, having worked in business before becoming a therapist. These experiences inform the compassion and perspective I bring to my work.
I specialize in grief/loss, chronic illness or pain, low self-esteem, parenting, relationship stress, and workplace pressures. I am trauma-informed and draw on ACT, EMDR, and compassion-based approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, process what’s weighing on you, and build tools to move forward with more clarity and ease.
