My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by attachment- and emotion-focused approaches. I integrate EFIT and mindfulness-based practices, weaving reflective and experiential psychotherapy to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, OCD, perfectionism, and self-esteem.
