Do you ever feel weighed down by self-doubt, people-pleasing, or the pressure to hold everything together? Many of the people I work with come to me feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to express what’s really going on inside. Therapy with me offers a creative, supportive space where you don’t have to have the right words — your feelings and stories can be expressed through colour, image, movement, or metaphor.
I support neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or pressured to “fit in.” Through art therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I create space for self-expression, self-acceptance, and new ways of relating to your inner and outer world — no art skills needed, just your curiosity!
Our journey begins with a free consultation to discuss your hopes for therapy and ensure we are a good fit. Your subsequent sessions will be personalized to your needs, incorporating various art materials, guided visualization, spontaneous art-making, writing, and movement.
