Thank you for visiting my profile. This shows both strength and courage. Struggling with anxiety, OCD, worry, or stress can be isolating, overwhelming, and exhausting. Whether you are experiencing uncontrollable anxiety, sadness, or obsessive thinking, you deserve a life that is worth living. I work collaboratively with clients to develop achievable therapy goals that produce sustainable, positive changes in behaviours, thinking patterns, and emotions. We will begin by identifying distressing symptoms and develop a tailored plan to treat your concerns. Note: I do not have evening or weekend availability.
I provide psychological therapy and assessments to adults who may be experiencing a variety of concerns. I specialize in treatment with individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, avoidant-restrictive food and anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, and stress. I have expertise in exposure therapy, and psychodiagnostic assessments.
I believe in tailoring therapy to each unique individual. I draw from evidence-based practices including ERP, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change and I invite you to explore the potential of improved mental health today.
