About
For more than a decade I have had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages, couples and families as they strive to make positive changes and address challenges that have arisen in the lives. Given my specialized training and knowledge on issues related to trauma, mental health and behavior, I can provide tailored treatment to meet you and/or your family member's unique needs.
My aim is to provide clients with a therapeutic experience that is both meaningful to them and that builds on their current strengths and knowledge. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with specialized training in the treatment and prevention of addictions and am a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist with training in several evidence based interventions.
