I work with individual clients who seek support for their relationships (including polyamory and ENM), career, family issues, setting boundaries, anxiety, imposter syndrome and perfectionism. . In my practice, I help clients heal the past so they can discover more joy, peace, clarity, and connection in the present. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive space for members of the LGTBQ+ community. I love working with unconventional clients with unique challenges and situations. I offer clinical supervision to other therapists from a feminist, narrative perspective.
As a Registered Social Worker, my work tends to focus on how the client (you!) interacts with your environment. I use an eclectic mix of approaches including narrative therapy, feminist theory, anti-oppressive practice, coaching techniques and solution focussed therapy. Clients say I am warm, encouraging and direct.
I offer a complimentary consultation to discover if we are a good fit. Please note that I am NOT accepting couples at this time. Clients can easily book through my convenient online booking system which is accessible through my website. Please note that I work online only; sessions are by Zoom or by phone.
