I work with individuals experiencing adjustment difficultie, relationship issues, school or work stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and other mental health issues. My background in education and clinical counselling provides me with the knowledge of various theoretical frameworks and enables me to practice therapy in an integrative approach.
