Reaching out for support can be overwhelming as can beginning a journey to mental wellness. I offer a safe space to be yourself and gain the confidence to meet your mental health goal. My primary purpose in sessions is to create an open space for all of my clients to feel at ease to discuss as little or as much of their therapy goals as they feel comfortable. I do also offer spiritually integrated therapy for those seeking a faith aligned perspective, integrating Christian values into sessions.
I have been practicing since 2022, offering in person as well as virtual and phone call sessions, learning new ways to support client needs through a client directed focus
