I have experience and training working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, and a variety of other presenting session topics. As a generalist counsellor I have skills and abilities to work with whomever comes in the door.

I offer general counselling services. As a practitioner, I do not identify as specializing in any particular modality and prefer to bring in a range of resources suited to the person I am working with. I recognize that I am a part of a larger system that a person exists in and bring in a holistic approach that considers each person's experience.
