I am a Director and Registered Psychologist with over 14 years in counselling with individuals and couples on all aspects of healing and wholeness, self-discovery and relationships. As a a depth psychologist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals and groups along their paths of self-discovery and embodiment. I specialize in working with those in need of mental health assessments, or experiencing distress caused by trauma and PTSD, abuse and trauma, psychedelic integration, addictions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, self/identity concerns, and spiritual or existential crisis.
I am trained in therapeutic models, such as EMDR, R-TEP, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), hypnotherapy, CBT, eco-therapy, and emotion-focused and other mindfulness techniques, and psychedelic-assisted therapy integration. I also offer mental health assessments for mood, anxiety, personality, and trauma symptoms providing treatment recommendations.
As founder and Registered Psychologist with Wholeness Psychology Centre, my hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Relationship Bootcamp
Registered Psychologist, Jessica Rosin, alongside Certified Life Coach, Rob Abbott, are offering a 3-month program that is tailored for each couple’s unique patterns, needs and goals. It is an immersive and hands-on experience designed to transform any relationship so that couples achieve their desired outcome of a successful, loving, and healthy relationship.
