I have over 22 years of clinical experience working as a psychologist. I am registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults presenting for clinical or counselling services. I utiilize ACT and CBT in my clinical treatment with clients. I enjoy conducting psychoeducational and gifted assessments for educational and treatment planning purposes.
Psychoeducational assessments will assist your elementary school, high school, college or university student to receive accommodations or educational resources if they are eligible.
I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults for a wide variety of presenting problems. I utilize ACT & CBT across the lifespan to reduce avoidance, improve mindfulness of thought and to help you get back to a meaningful, enjoyable life.
