Are you struggling to find meaning in your life, or are feeling lost in general? I offer a gentle space to reconnect to your inner wisdom and move forward with confidence and hope. I work with people who have gone through hard experiences as children and adults, and sometimes don't know how to drop their protective layers built-up over time, including intense burdens of anxiety, grief, depression, and challenging traumatic reactions and habits.
I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) style therapy to help you to explore your past experiences, release old patterns and discover your unfamiliar potential.
I also offer psychedelic integration sessions for before or after your journey. Pre-integration sessions help you prepare for the experience, mentally and physically, and explain how to set up the experience to be a healing as possible. Post-integration sessions help clarify insights gained from the journey, how to anchor the lessons learned.
I will walk beside you through the hardest times, and support you in finding new ways to live. My hope is to re-connect you to your own inner wisdom and guidance for long term healing. I provide gentle, trauma-sensitive care as you navigate life’s challenges, help you regain your confidence and strength while being heard and supported at each step.
