I specialize in supporting folks who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, sleep issues, chronic pain and feelings of overwhelm. Together, we will explore what's showing up for you- mind, body and emotionally and we will create a holistic, supportive plan. Please note I am offering virtual sessions to Ontario residents & in person sessions in the Ottawa Valley.
