I specialize in grief, loss and trauma. Together, we can work through the challenges that you are facing, and begin on the path toward healing and growth. We will create a safe space for you to process what you are going through, find new ways to create meaning in your life, work on adjusting, and feel some relief from the pain you are experiencing.
