After being diagnosed with a debilitating chronic pain condition myself, I became educated on the neuroscience behind chronic pain, and how to treat the pain-fear cycle. My other areas of interest and experience are: Extreme Anxiety, People-pleasing, Men’s Anger Issues, Self-confidence, PTSD/trauma.
