I've provided career coaching services to a wide variety of people from all walks of life since 2007. It is my passion to help people align with their career paths, values and goals.
I work collaboratively, am strength-based, and notice that clients who engage in work between sessions feel better faster. I integrate evidenced-based tools from polyvagal theory, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy. I offer: Individual Counselling, Child Centered Play therapy (ages 3+), Attachment Informed Emotion-Focused (couples/families).
I help clients learn how to build emotional resilience, navigating anxiety, depression, late neurodivergent diagnosis (inattentive type) and other life challenge. I view issues holistically and am well resourced.
I welcome couples open to exploring attachment informed emotion-focused therapy, and building genograms to build insight across generations.
