Groups
Girl Talk
Girl Talk is a therapeutic group for young women and girls, led by two female Registered Psychotherapists. The program combines evidence-informed therapy techniques with engaging activities and guided discussions in a safe, supportive space. Participants celebrate their strengths while building confidence, social skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies. Using trauma-informed care and resilience-building practices, they learn to navigate challenges and grow emotionally. We provide all materials and extensive take-home resources to support ongoing learning. This group fosters healing, resilience, and meaningful friendships, empowering young women to thrive with professional mental health support.
