Hello, I am glad you are here! Reaching out for help can be scary, so as a therapist, my main priority is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space so we can collaboratively work on your concerns. In sessions, we will explore your thought patterns, emotions, and maladaptive behaviours and learn tools and techniques to help you live a more meaningful, stable life. Through our work together, we will discover your strengths and learn how to implement them to solve problems in your everyday life.
Some of the issues I enjoy working with include anxiety, emotional abuse, trauma, low self-esteem, attachment styles, relationship issues, and sexual violence. I offer both individual therapy for people ages 12+ and couples counselling.
I have post-graduate training in Dialectal Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method for couples therapy, sex therapy, and narcissistic and gaslighting treatment.
