I’m currently welcoming both couples and individual clients. I support people moving through anxiety, stress, grief, health challenges, and the tender moments of life that leave us feeling stretched thin. I also work with neurodivergent clients, whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring a diagnosis, or trying to make sense of long-standing patterns, to help you build practical skills, self-trust, and a gentler relationship with yourself.
With couples, I help strengthen communication, navigate conflict with greater care, rebuild trust, and also navigate neurodiversity in ways that honour each other's needs and strengths.
My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming, grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. Drawing from ACT, somatic practices, and polyvagal-informed principles, I offer a space where you can unmask safely, feel seen, explore limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your authentic self.
