At Inner Landscapes, I offer counselling to individual adults experiencing grief & loss, anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, work/life imbalance, or trauma symptoms. I also work with couples experiencing a range of relationship concerns.
