Living with OCD or anxiety can be scary and overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. With my expertise and dedication, we can work together to help you take back control from the OCD. I help individuals and their family members stop engaging in compulsive behaviors and reduce the impact that intrusive thoughts have in their daily life.
I am a CCC, member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), and graduate of their BTTI training program. I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention, the gold standard treatment for OCD. During my training I have had the opportunity to receive consultation from IOCDF's scientific advisory board members and authors of the youth treatment manuals.
Together we will use gold standard treatment to enhance your overall wellbeing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in empowering my clients with the skills and strategies they need to improve the quality of their life. It is my privilege to walk along side you on your recovery journey.
