About
Grow a life you love. I'm accepting new clients! I’m so glad you’re taking this step toward making yourself a priority in your life. I strive to empower adults whose lives are impacted by feelings of emotional pain, helplessness and heartache due to life changes. When life heads in an unexpected direction, we can feel lost and confused. Counselling can be the first step toward moving away from heartache and finding peace in difficult times. It is the most natural thing in the world to want to connect with others, and I am honoured to walk beside you in support. Whether you prefer in person or virtual counselling, I am here with you.
I am not here to sit in judgement, but rather to appreciate all your experiences that has brought you to where you are today. Together, we will work toward your goals in an environment that is non-threatening and very supportive. I am here with you as you grapple with grief, navigate the impacts of stress, or work toward healthier relationships.
It can be so difficult to reach out for help, especially when we really need it. I am so happy to hear from you, truly. Reaching out is a positive step in your self-care, so you've already started! If you are ready to book a consultation, click 'Free Consultation' at www.inbloomvictoria.ca. I very much look forward to meeting you!
