I am queer-identified, ENM/poly, sex positive and strive to offer an open-minded, comfortable, safe(r) space to process trauma and provide psychoeducation. I offer online Trauma Therapy for folks who have experienced sexual, religious, physical and emotional abuse and/or neglect. Trauma can make us feel powerless. By gaining an understanding of how trauma works, we can take our power back and begin to heal. I believe that healing from trauma means that the intensity and frequency of the trauma symptoms decrease and have less of an impact on our quality of life. You can learn to walk alongside your trauma, instead of against it.
I offer psychoeducation and shame reducing trauma therapy for childhood and adult complex trauma survivors. My areas of expertise include; ADHD, LGTBQIA folks, Bi-affirming approach, Non-monogamy, Kink and Sexuality, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Religious Trauma and Anti-Capitalism ideology. Note: I do not work with high conflict couples.
