I specialize in Eco/Social/Political anxiety through an anti-capitalist lens, childhood and adult trauma and abuse, queer and trans folks, ADHD, autism, Non-monogamy, kink and sexuality and religious/ cult trauma.
I offer psycho education and shame reducing trauma therapy for complex trauma survivors. Trauma can make us feel powerless. By gaining an understanding of how trauma works, the intensity and duration of our trauma symptoms can decrease and our quality of life can increase. I do not work with high conflict couples, addictions or disordered eating.
