About
Clients often come to me when they decide that survival is no longer enough. Whether it's past trauma, depression, anxiety, disconnection from self, lack of purpose, or lack of hope (etc). As humans, we all carry rocks in our proverbial backpacks. I am awestruck by the human capacity to survive and endure. But sometimes the weight that holds us down becomes so familiar that it is almost comforting. If you are reading this, you have found the courage to ask the question, "What if I allow myself to believe that I deserve better?" I love nothing more than helping clients explore what that might look like, and how to get there.
I am a firm believer that, as the client, you are the expert on what you need. Whether you feel that you need a mild adjustment in your lifestyle/thought patterns, or you are feeling ready to make wholesale changes and leave some big challenges, traumas, or life patterns behind, I am here to assist you on your path.
Whether you decide that I am your best fit or not. I encourage you to continue to pursue the instinct that has you seeking out counselling and wondering if your life could be better. It can be and you are worth it.
