Welcome! I’m glad you are here as it can be really difficult to reach out. I support individuals in working through stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, family conflict, history of trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, and grief and loss. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and all phases of life who are in crisis or who have been struggling for a long time.

My therapeutic approach is supportive, collaborative, empowering, patient, and non-judgemental. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQ2S+ community. I am dedicated to providing a space in which people feel safe and feel comfortable exploring their goals.
