About
Are you a member of the LGBTQ+ community who is struggling with family, co-workers, and society accepting you for who you are as a person? Have you faced discrimination at work, in the medical field or even with counselors? Perhaps you are having difficulty navigating infertility, parenthood, or neurodiversity. I may be able to help you. I am queer-affirmative, kink allied, sex-worker friendly and practice from a place of acceptance of all sexualities, genders, and ethnicities. I can help to guide you through feelings of unease, stress, and self-discovery as we work together.
I am an eclectic therapist I believe that each individual is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I will collaborate with you to create an individualized treatment plan to address your concerns. I may draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, and narrative or cognitive behavioural approaches where appropriate for each client.
As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I can understand how difficult it is to navigate a world that doesn't seem designed for you or willing to accept you. Please reach out to talk when you are ready.
