Welcome! I'm Jessie. A little bit about me is that I immigrated to Canada when I was 5, and grew up across a mix of cities. In my own communities, I’ve seen the impact of generations of trauma and low mental health support. It’s not easy trying to navigate everything all at once: your environment, your people, yourself. My hope is to help you write a different future from the history handed to you.

My approach to counselling centres curiosity and connection. I’m with you when life feels like a storm. Even if you feel like there’s no hope for you, I’m here to help challenge that view.

None of us experience the world in the same way. I aim to meet you in yours, with an informed lens that considers all of your intersectional (overlapping) identities, whether that’s race, gender, or anything else central to you.
