I am a Registered Social Worker and a Registered Clinical Counsellor, passionate about helping individuals navigate their grief journey as well as supporting individuals who are neurodivergent. I work with people who have a suspected, recent, or late diagnosis of Autism/ADHD; have a partner/a child who is Autistic/ADHD; are grieving for various reasons (e.g., life change, chronic pain, loss of a loved one); and/or want to become more comfortable with their uncomfortable emotions.
My approach is collaborative, warm, client-centered, and truth-centered as I help individuals learn to grow through grief. Aside from grief, loss, neurodivergence, and mental health, my other areas of focus include shame and guilt, attachment, and family dynamics. Tools I offer include ones from the Grief Recovery Method and neurodivergent-friendly DBT.
If you are looking for space to share your story, your pain, and your loss(es); time to acknowledge pain and loss while discovering different ways of moving through grief; tools to help process and see experiences, losses, and relationships in a new way; and support to find hope, purpose, meaning, and joy in life again — I encourage you to reach out!

I work mostly with late-/self-diagnosed Autistic/ADHD folks who want to learn about themselves, find what accommodations they need, and get unmet needs met. A specific tool that many of my neurodivergent clients benefit from is the Values Based Integration Process. I also work with grieving folks who want to express their thoughts and feelings related to their loss(es) and find more ways to do so.

I am happy to offer the Values Based Integration Process (VBIP) for helping clients find their own capacity for choice and a new ability to respond differently to circumstances that they have felt controlled by. It is a means of embracing values rather than living dysregulated. The VBIP draws from trauma-informed, somatic, narrative, and attachment theories/therapies.
