Hey there! My name is Jeremy and I'm glad you're looking into some mental health supports. Whether it is for yourself or for someone you know, looking into different therapy options can be overwhelming with all the options out there, so it can be helpful to have a general idea of what some of your counselling goals might be and go from there. Phone consultations are a great way to see if you might be a good fit with each other as well. I believe in everyone's ability to create changes for themselves and haven't met a client I haven't learned from yet!
My work experience includes a non-profit counselling centre, a family psychology practice, as well as an employee assistance program of a school board. I offer FSCD-based rates for families who are eligible for the program so that children and families can access counselling supports on a consistent basis with less financial barriers.
I also offer a free 10-15 minute phone consultation where we can chat about your counselling goals to see if we might be a good fit or if I can help point you in a different direction. It can be a lot of information to take in, especially if this is your first experience with counselling, and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have along the way!
