I work as a Mental Health Therapist and as a counsellor. I have experience working with chronic and persistent mental health and challenging and complex dual diagnosis. I have experience working with ages 5 and up. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, and Addictions. My focus is to always meet you where you are at and start working together, eventually you will get to a place where you can work alone.
Mental Health can be challenging and treating it can be even more challenging. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my foundation and then incorporate other suitable modalities that work best for you the client. I also use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat anxiety, Trauma, and PTSD.
Asking for help can be scary, I like to offer a free consultation to my potential clients. This is a chance to meet each other and see if there is going to be a natural fit.
