Feeling seen and heard are important when facing concerns of substance use, worry, anxiety, low motivation or feeling weighed down. Maybe you have a loved one with these struggles and want to build skills to help them. Recovery from mental health concerns looks different for everyone, and however it looks to you, is what I want to help you achieve. I use evidence based interventions and care pathways to guide treatment and achieve desired outcomes.
I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy and the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use concerns. With over 15 years of helping individuals, groups and their families, we will navigate and mitigate the impacts these things have on your relationships, your work, your finances, and other important areas, together.
Reaching out for help can feel hard. My approach is warm, and informal. We will spend the first appointment going through your concerns and orient you to the therapeutic process.
