I have professional experience working in multiple developmental and behavioural sciences settings that have provided expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Social Anxiety Disorder. I also have a background in sports and athletics, which has driven a special interest in helping those with sports and exercise-related difficulties, including Body Dysmorphic Disorder, eating disorders, and performance anxiety.
