Hi there, my name is Jenny and I'm here for you! A bit about me - I am passionate about collaborating with my clients to discover inner strengths that can be used as tools to overcome presenting problems. No matter how or why your life is feeling like a storm you are struggling to sail through, you can expect genuineness, safety, and research-based treatment in my therapeutic space where we will learn how to navigate life. I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” therapy. Instead, clients are valued as a unique individual with their own special life story, which is reflected in the treatment plan. I am passionate about providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches that are rooted in non-judgment. Some modalities include CBT, IFT, psychodynamic, EFT, and more.
