Shaped by my own unexpected experiences as a mother, I offer steady, compassionate support through some of life’s most difficult, tender and transformative moments. I work with my clients to find growth, joy, and a life that truly feels their own. I am grateful to support children, adolescents, and adults, with a heartfelt focus on on trauma recovery, youth mental wellness, and perinatal mental health.
Grounded in trauma-informed, strength-based care, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help children, teens and adults quickly and gently release the weight of trauma. As healing unfolds, I support clients in identifying their values, building skills, and working towards a meaningful and fulfilling life that aligns with who they truly are.
I fully believe in my clients' resilience. I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic space. I centre my clients' voices and honour their lived experiences. Together, we explore what is most important to them. We celebrate their strengths, hold space for their pain, imagine a life they want, and discover the possibilities that arise.
