My practice, Liminal Space Counselling, is founded on the idea that the space between two points in our lives is a chance to reflect and begin again.
I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I also offer a group on Self Compassion a couple times per year.
I offer strengths based counselling which focuses on resilience, self regulation and self-expression. My practice is Trauma Informed and Collaborative.
I have training in EMDR, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing.
and substance use prevention/ recovery. LGBTQ+ and Neurodiverse affirming.
I am currently registered with ICBC, FNHA, and CVAP.

In this group we work on unraveling our 'inner critic'. Working towards self-compassion, rather than self criticism. This is beneficial as it helps us resist shame and self blame.
