I'm Jenny, and I specialize in supporting first- and second-generation immigrants of Asian backgrounds through feelings of stuckness, life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, and family dynamics. I’m here to explore how our identities shape our responses to life’s difficulties and the need to be "enough", while also uncovering new strategies to live in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values. My approach is both supportive and inquisitive, creating a safe space where we can address feelings of disconnection, internal tension, and overwhelm.

With my experience working in hospital-based settings, I understand the importance of tailoring therapy to honor your cultural context and unique experiences. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy with mindfulness-based techniques, Attachment-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
