I’m a Registered Social Worker and EMDR Clinician. For 25 years I have supported adults & youth experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, loneliness, and other areas that limit wellness, connection, and ease. At times, we may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected due to current life stressors and/or past experiences. Therapy can support greater awareness, acceptance, and change, to enhance your sense of calm, confidence, and connection. I offer compassionate support to process experiences, untangle the patterns and beliefs that keep you feeling stuck, and create meaningful change toward living the life you want.
Therapy is a collaborative process with goals unique to each person. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. My practice is relationship-based, grounded in nervous system awareness, and a social justice lens.
