About
I offer individual and couple therapy with the goal of empowering you to create change in your life in a manner that suits your needs, beliefs, and lifestyle. My style is warm, interactive, and focused on your strengths. Through thought provoking questions, I seek to discern patterns that are relational and multigenerational and offer a different perspective that will allow you to access your intrinsic resources. I work with people dealing with a broad range of issues, including relational and communication difficulties, life transitions, and immigration.
I trained in the US and Canada and regularly upgrade my skills and pursue further training. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist.
I offer both short and long-term therapy that is tailored to your particular needs. Sessions can vary in length; a typical session is 60 minutes for an individual and 75 minutes for a couple.
