About
I work with individuals and couples. I have helped people deal with a wide range of challenges from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship breakdown, stress, burnout, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and addictions. I have a strong background in working with individuals who are facing or who are on short or long term disability. My clients tell me that they find my sessions to be supportive, safe, and provide significant opportunity for growth and change that sticks over time. Many of my clients are referrals from prior clients.
I am actively persuing certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is the gold standard for couples therapy work. In addition, I have specialized training working with individuals struggling with addiction, and workplace distress.
I offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments to best meet my clients needs. I want to hear your story, your goals, and know about what has and hasn't worked in the past. This way we can stay focused on using therapies and skills that work for you.
