I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has maintained a thriving private practice for well over 30 years assisting couples, individuals and families in a variety of life areas. Many struggles such as anxiety, grief & loss, addiction, depression and anxiety can be rooted in trauma experiences. There is hope! As a trained trauma professional I can work with you to explore and help heal these traumas in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
In efforts to best help my clients I have acquired a number of specialties: Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR therapist, Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist ( a specialized couples therapy), Betrayal Trauma Specialist ( APSATS), Certified Sex Addition Therapist and Supervisor.
I also work with couples to help create emotional growth, safety and connection for one another. My husband Dr. Steven Thibodeau and myself have been providers of the couple enhancement workshop “Hold Me Tight”.
