My approach is rooted in the belief that people are fundamentally good, and doing the best they can with what they have. I am a respectful, supportive and collaborative therapist. Within the context of a safe and caring relationship, I use best practice to explore your difficulties and provide support in session so you can move forward in the most fulfilling way. With guidance to experience your desired changes, previously patterned responses become re-patterned. Painful experiences that might be keeping you stuck can be healed. Taking this step can allow you to once again or perhaps finally enjoy your life to the fullest.

With adults and youth, I provide in depth, somatic, trauma informed, evidence based therapy to calm anxiety, improve mood, heal trauma and thrive in life. I support children with Play Therapy, and parent consultations. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified Hakomi Therapist and Certified Play Therapist.

A good fit is the most important ingredient to effective therapy. A free 15 minute phone call is available to support your decision. Sessions are covered by most health insurance plans. Direct bill with most insurance plans, Bigstone, NIHB and IRS. I look forward to connecting with you!
