With adults and youth, I provide in depth, somatic, trauma informed, evidence based therapy to calm anxiety, improve mood, heal trauma and thrive in life. I support children with Play Therapy, EMDR, and parent consultations. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified Hakomi Therapist and Certified Play Therapist.
