About

It is so easy to lose touch with ourselves in a society that breeds perfectionism, competition and scarcity. It drives us to be in tireless pursuit of personal perfection, never feeling good enough, constantly comparing ourselves to others, knowingly repeating harmful life patterns, feeling depressed, anxious & shameful that life didn't turn out the way it was supposed to. This can leave us feeling emotionally, mentally, spiritually & physically bankrupt. I help you release all that exhausting mental chatter, process toxic emotions & energetic blocks so you can get back in touch with yourself to live a rich & fulfilling life.
I provide a deeply supportive, co-creative relationship to discover who you really are through real-world modalities that provide revealing reflections of self. I offer compassionate and patiently held space for you to move into who you are, gentle and flexible structures—exercises and tools—to anchor you in your transition back to yourself.
I offer one-on-one sessions in a natural environment on a farm in King City (there are horses!) I also offer sessions by internet video and phone. Additionally, I offer equine guided therapy sessions (no horse experience required). You can reach out to me for a 15 minute discovery call to determine whether we are a good fit.
