Trauma Informed practice with training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, EMDR, ART, Gottman Method for couples in therapy including specialized training for couples in affair recovery and/or trauma. I also utilize Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy, and Prolonged Exposure therapy. Virtual and in person sessions available.

Saturday March 28th, 2020 The Gottman 7 Principles Workshop aids couples in deepening their friendship, managing conflict successfully, honouring each other's dreams and creating shared meaning. This workshop is appropriate for couples contemplating engagement, pre-marital couples and those currently married or in a committed relationship. It is psycho-education and is intended for couples who wish to enhance and enrich their relationship. Spots are limited, cost of $300 is due upon registration.
