Hello, I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW) and Psychotherapist working virtually with clients in Ontario. I provide a safe and caring space to explore the struggles you are facing and guide you towards understanding, healing and overall balance in life. With 16 years of experience my approach is holistic and collaborative - you already have many strengths and inner wisdom; I shed light and guide you to identify how thought patterns, reactivity and perhaps old wounds keep you stuck. Through evidence-based, mind-body and spiritual approaches we work together so you can start to live with more balance, clarity and joy.
I work with clients experiencing chronic stress, challenges with mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties and various degrees of trauma. We can work together through an integrated approach that is trauma informed - including EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness among other approaches. I have a keen interest and experience working with perinatal/infant loss.
