Many people begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. You may be experiencing anxiety, struggling to manage ADHD, navigating a difficult transition, or feeling the weight of life’s demands. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety and ADHD across many areas of life, including home, school, work, friendships, and extracurricular activities.
Together, we focus on developing practical skills and strategies that can be applied in everyday life, helping you build confidence, improve focus, and feel more capable in managing challenges.
I also work with individuals who are facing life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional stress, or a desire for personal growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I support athletes and performers through sport performance psychology, helping individuals strengthen mental skills such as focus, confidence, resilience, and the ability to manage pressure so they can perform at their best.
