Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted by a major life transition? Change can be hard to face alone. It can leave you feeling stuck, defeated, or unsure of your next step. I am here to support you as you navigate life's stressors and reconnect with what truly matters. I work with children, youth, and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and identity or self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients are adjusting to new roles or chapters in their lives, such as starting university or college, changing careers, becoming a parent, facing a new diagnosis, experiencing relationship changes, or grieving a loss.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and non-judgment. I will meet you where you are and tailor my approach to fit your individual needs, goals, and values. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and self-compassion practices, and attachment theory.
