Therapy for individuals, couples, and children. I work with issues of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, role strain, confidence issues like imposter syndrome, and high sensitivity. I also work with relationship issues including family dynamics, family of origin, parenting, and step-parenting. I am trained in all the main approaches and have particular interest in insight-oriented therapies such as psychodynamic/psychoanalytic. I draw from all approaches and weave in CBT when suitable or requested.

COUPLES: I offer couples counselling and I'm trained to Level 3 in Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1 is the intro course). This is a research-based approach that focuses on strengthening relationships through practical, evidence-based strategies. I work with clients both short and long term.
