Hello! I'm a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults and couples be their best selves. If you are experiencing problematic trauma symptoms such as PTSD or C-PTSD, problematic substance use, relationship issues, or struggle with meeting the needs of daily life, therapy may be able to help! Together, we will develop customized goals that meet your needs, develop useful coping strategies, and create some forward momentum to help improve your quality of life.
I specialize in offering trauma focused treatments. I am a Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Provider and am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) trained. With a background in formal assessment and education, I am also able to provide psycho-educational assessments to individuals (child, adolescents, adults).
My style is calm and compassionate. I aim to make the process of reaching out to someone as seamless as possible so that together, we can begin working on helping you be the best version of yourself. Office and online sessions are available. Outdoor (walking) sessions are also available for those who prefer a more non-traditional approach to therapy!
