Welcome to Therapy Heals! I work with individuals ages 16 and up as well as couples, supporting them in navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, behavioural issues, depression, ADHD, self-identity, trauma, intimate partner violence, interpersonal relationships, grief, gender and sexual identity, anger management, disability, suicidal ideation, unemployment, and parenting. My couples practice focuses on facilitating communication, improving conflict management skills, rebuilding trust, strengthening intimacy, and deepening emotional connections.
I take an eclectic approach, utilizing evidence-based practices from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) through a client-centred and trauma-informed lens.
I actively listen and collaborate with a nonjudgmental approach to help uncover the thoughts and behaviours hindering your progress.
